Its based on her most famous portrait (the face is the same, the background no), what a pity that the poor baby died very young, she was a really lovely girl!

Sissi looks so similar on both paintings (surely used the same portrait (the one made for her Silver Wedding) for both) so I thought was similar.

I found it on a hungarian site but it didn't have caption, she looks like her but perhaps she isn't (I'm not totally sure)

it could since illustrators put royals in such situations. But i cant image Elisabeth doing that for real
