Yes, I thought it was misidentified as well, but it appears there was a series of miniature of GD Konstantin N. children done when they were very young. The only miniature they did not have was for GD Vyacheslav. Here are the miniatures ...

Well, Constantine of Greece was KR's nephew and namesake--I guess much of his looks came from his mother's family. That is the spitting image of a photo of Constantine of Greece that I've seen though--the resemblance is something.
