I am really glad that one new Alexei - dedicated site sees the daylight. Well done!!!!
I am reading it right now and I must add something:
- Alexei was, in fact, born at the Lower Dacha who was once destroyed (and it was located at Petergof, Emperor Peter's favorite summer residence)
On site it is labeled 'Peterof Palace'. The correct form is 'Peterhof', or 'Petergof' as I rarely come across it.
Stavka (synonym in Russian, for G.H.Q) was established in Mogilev/Mogileff, not in 'Mongoleiv'.
This photo of his with Petrov is new to me, thank you:
http://alexeiromanov.org/Images/Article/alexei.jpgAccording to Massie, new Palace (Livadia) at Crimea was built in 1911 and not in 1912, as it is written on site.
Icons of G. Rasputin didn't exist in 1918, except the meaning is referred to the icon Rasputin had given to them. (Unlikely).
New found remains were discovered in 2007. And first grave in July of 1991.
Please, accept these corrections as friendly. Just keep doing on the site. I am looking forward more information. I adore 3d photos. :-)
