Re: photo on reply 239. I always thought that was from Governor's Mansion in Tobolsk. I now think it's from Mogilev. Tatiana's dress, hat, and overall appearance are more suggestive of the comfortable setting at Stavka in Mogilev (prerevolution) than of the situation in Tobolsk where the mood was generally more subdued and somber.
Besides, the view seems relatively closeup and from the left which was not the case for Tobolsk balcony photos. Also in the background are what appear to be telegraph poles in a flat expanse, definitely not the more citified neighborhood of the Gov's House in Tobolsk.
