There's another photo taken at this time, ( which of course I can't find ) where the seat Olga occupies 
in this photo is  empty and it seems  in that one they were waiting for Alix...if she would not appear, then Olga would
have indeed taken her place as we see in this photo.( just conjecture on my part )

Nice...it's interesting to compare the two photos because here they look glum...while in the first photo posted by xwhiterussia, they are laughing...makes one think the Imp said something funny because everyone is more cheerful and Isa is laughing at/with her while Trina looks pained lol!
