Carlene Carter's daughter's middle name is Anastasia.  June wrote a song about her.  Stay away from Quentin Tarantino.

How does it turn out? Do they expose her in the end?

Robert kept dating the lady, despite what Ray said.  Near the end of the episode, he goes over to her place.  While there, he discovers that she has a room full of terrariums of frogs, which of course, eat flies.  Robert then realizes Ray was right, that perhaps this lady is not all right in the head, and goes out the nearest window!

lol, funny. I always liked that show when I caught it on occasion. One of the few sitcoms I could sit through.

When searching for the Moomin (troll)s in Russian on YouTube (adorable group of creatures and their strange entourage living on the Gulf of Finland, just like NAOTMAA), I came across this disturbingly cute singer from a Vladivostok group called Мумий Тролль: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGbzCBLmfJg
Apparantly he is called Ilya Lagutenko and is still an active Russian artist. I thought that old music video captures the 80s Glasnost i Perestroyka zeitgeist both in East and West quite well.

I am starting to discover and appreciate some great 80s Soviet indie pop. I think this group, КОФЕ (Coffee) from St. Petersburg must be Russian equivalent of Duran Duran. Their sound takes me directly back to my childhood in the 80s!

Oh, here is the original Soviet Moomin puppet film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLaRUgEfseQ Adorable!

Берёзы севера мне милы,—
Их грустный, опущённый вид,
Как речь безмолвная могилы,
Горячку сердца холодит.

I am a huge fan of Pokemon video games and I love these two parodies. They never get old, especially the first one.
Episode 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7CmS-h13D0
Episode 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za6Cg8evAPE
You have to know the basic premise of Pokemon to get them, though, I think.
There's a 3rd episode, but I found it quite a disappointment.

lol, that's a random one there Tim. On the other hand I did once sing "Lady in Red" at Karaoke. I had a few to drink and some girl friends managed to convince me :-)
