Hot, hot, hot! I had a doctors appointment today and when I got into the car to get there it was so hot inside it was practically suffocating. It was unbearable in there, at least until the AC worked its magic.

Gee you seem to be getting a lot of heat!
One way of succumbing to it is to wash yourself down with vinegar and water. Try half and half. Use a facecloth to dampen your face, neck and brow. Cools your body temperature a little. Also arms and legs, it may help you sleep at night.

Still raining here.

Yup! Lots of heat here. On the bright side its supposed to be a bit cooler these next couple of days I think. And also before I forget, thanks for the tip Lindelle! I'll be sure to try it and tell the rest of my family.  :)

boiling!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sun beating down, clear blue skys- now wait for this short hot weather spurge to be over- rain before we know it!

Its another hot one, but instead of it being 93 its 89, and there is a bit of a breeze out too. There is also a chance for thunderstorms today. Rain I wouldn't mind, but I HATE thunder....and lightning.

It did end up raining a couple of hours ago and it was storming for a bit, with some pretty loud thunder, but right now it's just raining.

It's been sunny all week and 35 degrees Celsius was our high this afternoon... unfortunately I was stuck in a non- air conditioned office all day.

Its not too hot out, but its not too cool either. In the low 80's and I can sit comfortably in my house with out melting. I think there is a chance of rain later, not sure though.
