« on: April 09, 2010, 08:56:51 PM »
Does anyone have any information regarding the full name of the Russian envoy in Denmark during 1863 please?

All I have on file is: Baron N. P. Nikolai

Many thanks in advance.

Most likely Baron Nikolai (Nicolaus Armand Mikael) Pavlovich von Nicolay (1818–1869), son of Baron Pavel Andreyevich von Nicolay, Russian ambassador in London, Copenhagen and Stockholm and Princess Alexandrine de Broglie.

This is the family that owned the Monrepos estate in Vyborg.
