Maquereau fumé à chaud et poulet grillé
avec pommes de terre bouillies, choux suédois cuit à la vapeur, tomates cerises et huile aux herbes.
Pour le dessert groseilles (pas à maquereau, mais rouges) au lait et chapelure sucrée.BTW I see that in my absence this thread has not been so much about drooling about food as drooling about a Dr. Delicious!

Even though your mother feeds you well, once the body has been sick, it takes a while to mend and sometimes a supplemement will help.
No, don't eat vitamines - it's unnatural and thus probably harmful! Do like me and eat a lot of mackerel/tuna (Omega3), red-currant (Vitamin C) and last but not least, for Vitamin C:
choux suédois aka Swedish turnip: The Orange of the North, thus bursting with Vitamin C!
