We have two different entry points even though they are at the same site.

I just ran across this thread and it was very old, so I did some research to see what the fuss was all about.  I think that originally posters thought it was a romance novel.

I did too as some of what I could find talked about a Jewess named Emma and her love with a Romanov, but that must be a wrong review -  or perhaps a review of a novel with the same title as titles are not copyrightable.

The title is definitely a history text first published in 1917 which always fascinates me as I like to get the view of someone who was alive at the time that the revolution took place.
