I suggest the interested parties PM/email each other and coordinate their roles. As soon as announced ready we may begin.

We could try all of the alleged conspirators, I think it would stimulate debate?  I would guess there would be loads of people interested in defending felix and maybe Dimitri - we could have indpenedent Councsel for each 'conspirator'.

This idea appeals to me immensely. Lisa what do you think about this new direction?

Rob, Lisa Margarita

I am certainly game for a trial.  We need to agree who we are going to try - do we go for the 'accepted version' - Pursihkevich; Yusupov; Dimitri; Shukotin and Lazovert or do we go non traditional?

Who wishes to prosecute I would have some difficulty carrying out this role as I don't think P and Y's stories stand scrutiny.

What would the indictment read - murder; kidnapping; administering noxious substance etc?

Of course the prosectoir would need to prove the identity of the deceased and this would be a substantial part of the initial submissions.

I think it is a great idea.

Rob should we move this to the Rasputin theme and also identify it in the Yusupov theme.

I think I might like to defend one or more of the traditional conspirators or be an independent expert.  I have so much stuff on this I am quite excited.

I have all the GARF material on my computer, plus the Zharov reinvestigation.  It would be good to get Rudy involved he has so much knowledge of Rasputin.

If permissable, I wish to be US ambassador to Russia and personal representitive of President Wilson.  Obviously my mission is to keep diplomatic ties between America and Russia as pure as possible.  I wish to observe and note this trial while simultaneously hightailing the trial at its full back to Washington for my government.  I shall keep a respectable distance as a visitor/politician and will only involve myself unless I am brought in.

Thank You
