A potential solution: If you have a local branch library nearer you, I feel certain that they could provide an "inter-library loan" arrangement from other libraries. There is now a small charge, usually about $2.00 USD, if coming from another (entirely different) library. I have personally had such material sent from the US Library of Congress, larger university state/private colleges, small private colleges, etc. One volume that I requested had only a dozen copies said to be available for lending in the entire USA (purchase price, if a copy was found separately on the rare book market, was over $900.00 USD), yet the lending institution had no qualms in sending it out for a 60 day loan! Needless to say, I asked for a receipt when I returned it to my local library. Regards, AP.
