It's Tatiana. But I can only tell by her heigh. Otherwise, the facial features of the girls looks similar in this picture. The only think that surprises me is that here, Tatiana seems to have a more round and fattier face than she used to have. Just remember how thin she looked at one of her last pics...But it certain too, that OLga looked pretty emaciated there, too.

IMO, Olga at the end has become thinner than her sisters even thinner than Tatiana due to stress. She went through a lot of tough situations: ww1, exile, separation from her parents and Maria for certain period of time, the health of Alexei, the uncertainty of the future (will they get killed?)…all that constant worry have affected her weight.

Yes. The guards told that she seemed"all skin and bones", or something over the lines of it. She realized how black the future should be for them. I don't certainly blame her if she lost a lot of weight at the last year of her life. I suppose I should have too, since I'm very nervous...

The picture can be a bit misleading at first because you can't tell whether it's Olga or Tatiana.
IMO the girl is more taller than Olga was, it's definitely Tatiana in this picture.

It doesn't scan well. But if one sees it in the book , it's plainly TN. I think she has on alot of layers!

About Olga's figure at this time...what has never been made clear to me is how much arsenic was given to Olga in 1916?
( for depression!) ....and did that impact her health  later...she lost the weight and they say,  looked middle age...that could be the unbelievable stress she was under during captivity...but the arsenic injections in 1916 could not have helped! If we could know how much she got, perhaps a medical person can inform us on the likely impact

Yeah we should also take arsenic injections into consideration as it may had side effect on her health and as well as her weight. Can anybody tell me the date when arsenic was giving to Olga and when they stoped giving her arsenic? And was it on daily basis? It is important to know whether it was for a long period of time, because it means she was exposed to too much arsenic which of course may have affected negatively her health/figure later on.
