Who did Olga resemble?

I' ve always asked myself who resembled Olga and today I found her somehow melancholic gaze in a picture of her greatgrandmother Louise of Denmark...

I saw a picture of her smiling - I think it was the one where she's smiling at Alexandra who is reclining on her chaise and also looks like she's holding back a laugh - and I think Olga's smile resembles that of her aunt Olga Alexandrovna.

She was -like all of us -, a mix between some of her close relatives, but he was similar to her father, her aunt Xenia and her aunt Olga. HOwever, she was more delicate than them in facial features.


The melancholic gaze was a common thing in pics from back then and you can even find men with a melancholic gaze in this kind of artistic pics.

Thanks, Sarushka, yes, that's the photo I meant - but that's not the smile I meant.  I guess I was talking about a different photo.  Great.  Now I have to find it.  : P
