I think you mean Prince Mikhail Ionovitch Kozlovskiy (1855-1915), married to Alexandra Mikhailovna Longinova (1856-1921). He also had 3 brothers: Alexander, Vladimir, Dmitriy.

Here's his former estate near Moscow, Ivanovskoe-Kozlovskoe
