I think that the child between the two sisters is Felix (Felice), future prince of Luxembourg, born in 1893, one year after Zita.

Mamma mia, how old is the boy in that picture!? Allright, it was common for male toddlers and babies to wear dresses at the time, but the boy in this picture looks uncomfortably old! It's especially striking since he doesn't have long girly curls, but a very boyish haircut.

No wonder in such dresses even for elder than toddlers : ). Such was the time - boys in long laced dresses and very often with long curls.
