I have some books dealing with Rumania in WW I written by Glenn E Torrey that might be of interest to some of you:
The Rumanian Battlefront in WW I" a excellent account of Rumania in WW I. The maps could have been better. It has a number of photos including one of Queen Marie in 1918 reviewing the troops wearing a leopard skin cloak as in reply 202. In this same reply Ferdinand is wearing a racoon skin coat. I'll leave out how i know that.

The Revolutionary Russian army and Rumania 1917 is about how the Russian revolution effected Rumania in 1917 when the russian army falls apart.

Henri Mathias Berthlot Soldier of France Defender of Rumania this is a bio of the French general who commanded the french military mission in Rumania in WW I. he played a major role in traing and equiping the Rumanian army during this time. It has a photo unfourtunely a rear view of Queen Marie taken in France during the 1920s.

All three of these books do contain references ect of Queen Marie

I don't see how not--he gave the titles and then described them.

Some of the punctuation could've been cleared up, but the titles are clear. He also said they were all written by Glenn E Torrey.

Did not find the picture in the site.

I should have done a better job with the punctuation. The photo of marie in the Leopard skin coat or cloak reviewing the troops in 1918 is different that the one printed on this site. the photo of Marie in the book on Berthlot was taken on a visit by her to france in the 1920s, possibly in Paris. Neither of these photos are on this site which is part of the reason why mentioned them.
