Yes. But Missy was generally sympathetic to a point. Elisabetta was hostile.

Helen did not wear the long diamond chain that belonged to Missy (but Anne did) so I assume that was left to King Michael directly.
Helen did wear the Cartier chain at the festivities around the Royal wedding in in London 1947.There is a picture of her and her sister Irene leaving their hotel resplendent for a evening gala'

Doubtless because queen Marie did not maintain no relationships with her son Carol whereas Elisabeth continued, in spite of their estrangement, to have good relations with his brother. In fact, the queen of Yugoslavia was the only member of her family to manage to have cordial relations at the same time with her brother and with her ex sister in-law in spite of their divorce. It is true that Mignon was very close to certain members of the royal family of Greece among which some of them, as Princess Marina, were personal friends.

I think the only person that Mignon did not like was Olga, Princess Paul of Yugoslavia. She made scenes because of her husbands's preference for Olga and her children rather than his own. Helen got along with her in-laws generally except Elisabetta, since she took her brother's side against her and her own husband took Helen's. Later she even slapped Helen in a flush of fury.

Helen and her son surrounded with the royal family of Romania :

The long dress of queen Marie lets suppose that  the photo was taken in the first months of year 1930, third and last year of reign of young king Michael who, after the return of his father in June will become again simple crown prince whereas his mother will choose the exile.

Early 1930's portrait :

This photo would have been very well able to be captioned : " always smiling Helene ". Indeed, this alone woman who never said the evil of anybody reached this miracle to be constantly cheerful and optimistic, being so of use as model to her son Michael in front of injustices of the fate.

Helen with a horse :

As many royals of the time, the young woman appreciated enormously the company of animals, that of dogs in particular. No indications however that she also had cats.

I think Helen must have been a good rider, but I don't think she was horse crazy like Jackie O.
