The Tiara belonged to the Countess of Essex . Later it was sold to Cartier (who had originally made it ) for their archives collection.
They in turn lent it to Princess Margarita.

Something borrowed I guess. Her sisters were married in the Greek Key Tiara that use to belong to Grand Duchess Victoria Feodorovna.

The tiara was also worn by Clementine Churchill at Elizabeth II's coronation. Interestingly, after both were widowed, Adele was rumored to being engaged to the Duke of Connaught.

Helen did not wear the long diamond chain that belonged to Missy (but Anne did) so I assume that was left to King Michael directly.

Why specially in London ? This photo dates the period of the regency when Helen lived daily in Rumania with her son become a king in 1927. So, I suppose that it was taken in Rumania, in Bucharest where one of the other houses of the royal family.

In the seal of the image says "Sibiu" which is a city of Transylvania.

I see only the castle Peles, the summer residence of the royal family of Rumania, which was near Sibiu.

Princess Helen, King Michael and Royal Family of Romania reviewing the troops in 1928 :

If Helen discusses gladly with her mother-in-law Queen Marie, she exchanges, on the other hand, no word with her sister-in-law the ex-queen of Greece who is nevertheless by her side.

Helen and Elisabetta were no longer friends at that point.

We can moreover wonder with which member of the royal family of Rumania, excepted the queen of Yugoslavia, Helen really had good relationships. We can only suppose that during the difficult period when she found herself without husband, the young woman had to feel very alone.
