me too belived she was indeed Alix; i saw the pic ant thought: but that's alix, not ella, could it be a wrong label?
then i opened it... and there was ella, not alix. Amazing!

Once again these are reproductions and they are protected by copyright from the seller hence the low starting bidding price.

Thats the reason? i see this seller is also selling images that you can buy copies at the ONB bigger and cheaper. Anyway, i will send links to the forum adm to delete at least the ones i ve posted.

The seller owns the copyright to the negative--at least that what they are claiming. So he/she owns the copyright to the images as they are reproduced on ebay. They are the seller that is none too happy about the images being on here--drives down the price.

Also, providing links to ebay is a no-go. The rules state that there is to be no commercial advertising. It can be mentioned and people can look (and save) the photos if they like. If any of the purchasers would like to post the prints they buy, that is up to them.

Yes. Although once people download the images, they could also sell them. There lies the difficulty.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand well what you all say =S
Please if I can't post these images because they only own to the seller tell me and I won't do it again.
I tried to inform about this, and someone told me that any image, since it is on the internet and anybody can see and preserve it, doesn't own to the owner anymore. I though that, as almost every forum member posts photos from ebay there wasn't any problem with that, I didn't know anything =(

Well...people cannot stop you from downloading, but they can delete your post if you post it on here. Especially since the seller is here on this thread.
