Does anyone have some info on the ancient and noble family of Ladischensky, their lives and homes prior to the Russian Revolution?

Originally they seem to have been Boyars.
The Wikipedia article provided by Mark says that in 1798 Nikolai Ivanovich Ladizhenskiy inherited the name and arms of the Rurikid Princes Romodanovskiy and founded the now extinct line of the Princes Romodanovskiy-Ladyzhenskiy.

Thanks again, the Russian wiki article was helpfull, but the translation is not always the best.
After the revolution a Sergei Ladizhenskiy settled in Denmark with his family, but I'm not sure as I wrote if all members were Princes. I have seen some of them mentioned as such, either in books or (maybe) their tombstones at the Russian Sections of the Assistent Cemetery. The wiki article doesn't mention known members of the family as Princes.

as i know the prince title goes only with the line of the oldest son.the title stays with the Romodanovskiy-Ladyzhenskiy line.this line,as far as i know,died off.the ladischensky line is not directly related to this line.segei was the one who came to copenhagen in 1917.his son feodor was born in 1917 in copenhagen.tanja ladischensky, she named herself princesse, was the daughter of sergei.next generation is alexis,peter,natasha ladischensky.i have some information about the family prior to the revolution.

Not in Russia. All legitimate sons of a Russian prince inherited his title. The same with counts and barons.
