"Dacha Sverchkova" in Pushkin demolished illegally

Has anyone heard about this Object of cultural heritage being demolished?  Cottage NE Sverchkova located in Pushkin at Pavlovsk highway, 30. The house is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance. The building has retained not only its appearance but also the interior.

Cottage built in 1866, the architect was AH Kolb. In the early twentieth century building was rebuilt. The house belonged to the artist, a professor of Art Academy of Arts Zhukovsky crickets. When the artist died in 1899, his widow sold the house.
