I know the lady is Alexandra, but what about the other woman and the toddler? And where are they?

I wonder if that's Xenia A? The clothes seem to suggest that...but hair and mouth as well

GDAndrea, the child is Olga in 1899. The family was visiting Germany. I don't know who the woman is, though.
