Thought I'd share my Dropbox account if anyone feels like perusing it. I couldn't find a photo host I liked, so I was keeping all the photos on my computer until someone mentioned DB as a good one. It's incomplete, but contains over a thousand images so far.

I highly recommend DB, by the way! It can connect to files on your computer, so you can update it just by updating your personal files. Better than Photobucket by far.

   Holy moly! a veritable treasure trove of Romanov photos, many seen before , but also many not .  In the 'Abroad" section , check out third row down, far left: little chubby Olga  and a bemused Tatiana! also another on far right. Too sweet!

Way to go, clock, very, very nice.

So many new photos. You're right Sarushka many of the captions are way off...some hysterically so, but I would say at least 75% of these hundred or so photos are new to me!

The picture with Nicholas feeding/bathing the elephant...anyone know what the scoop is on that? Where he was exactly?

Since my birthday is in a couple of days, I will consider this my birthday present....and a fantastic one it is! 

It find it simply amazing that we continue to "find" unknown photographs of the IF, it just boggles the mind!

It was probably one of the elephants in the Alexander Park. They had an elephant house on the grounds. Here's some information:

Love this picture, everyone seem to have a different expression.


Maria is very amused, Olga seems to be side-eyeing whoever is taking the picture, Tatiana seems to be deep in thought and Alix looks a bit troubled.

My favorite caption was "1914, Tsarskoe Selo, the maid of honor Anna Vyrubova canoeing." Never seen one of the girls mistaken for Anna V. before.
