...You surely understandt why my husband (who works with computers) bought me my private Pc: my 2000 and more romanov photos on his pc were making it terribly slow  :D
Oh dear perhaps that's why mine is so slow! lol!

I've done this way: my pic folder is not on the pc harddisk, but on an external one, and i have a shortcut in my desktop ^^ so the pc isn't slow, and i have all he space i need!!

Wow, Sunny! Congratulations! I didn't stumble across this thread until today, otherwise I would have congratulated you sooner!

I just got on - it looks awesome. Can't wait for the English version - tell your translator friend thanks for me!  :)

Guys, the first translation has been made!
I've just uploaded it - the first part of alix's bio (the very first post) has its english translation for you!
My fried has worked wonderfully, so, from now on, you can start reading it, if you like!
I'm so happy about it!

It's marvelous!!! Only one thing--the word "sane" is used twice, and it means the opposite of "insane" which means mad, crazy. So the sentence "Alice gave birth to a sane, extraordinarily beautiful daughter", means that her baby was not mad, whereas I think you're meaning to say "healthy". Same with the bit about Frittie and his hemophilia. Otherwise, it's excellent! (As I knew it would be!)

You're right andrea! I'm going to correct, thank you! You know, for latin languages speakers, "sane" is a so called "false friend" because in italian, like in other latin languages i think, adj. "sano" = "healty"  :)
