Are there anymore pictures of the Countess of Artois, Charles X's wife?

Is there a decent English language biography of Charles X?

There are 2 books on Charles X that I know of-  one by Frederick Miller the other by Ronald Cohn Jesse Russell. Both titles Charles X and in English. Of course he figures in most histories and biographies of that era.  Particularly Madame Royale.
