Video that opened at the Palace Kochubey palace for the wedding and the old people commemorated 70 years of life together.
 In the Alexander Palace on this day was a tour of the basement. This day is called the International Museum Day. The next year they want to do tours of the cellar.

I was told that the Alexander Palace in September, closed for restoration until summer.
  I'm going August 3rd in Tsarskoe Selo, and then write all that to find out.

I wrote about what they say.
Now I will write in great detail.
The International Museum Day has been tour (not all) of the basement kitchen and the body. Now nothing left since 1917. The Nazis used the palace as the headquarters of the Gestapo. Then there were the military. Remains of Marine Institute and can be seen on the video. The next year they want to make permanent a tour of the cellar.
 The video is visible ladder into the tunnel. It is not clear where they stand, either in the palace or in a food package. But I was told that the palace where the descent began in the tunnel was made with cement.

The palace is closed for restoration. After September. I have heard that it is necessary for several years. Restoration of the palace will be. It should be a lot to do. Ventilation, heating, and will make the rooms as in the photographs.

I see it says Crematorium.... I apologize about my ignorance, but was there actually a crematorium in the basement?

The "crematorium" looks more like a trash incinerator.  These were fairly common between the 1920's and 1950's.
