Yesterday Prince Joachim,second son of TI & RH Prince Lorenz and Princess Astrid of Belgium was
promoted as an Officer of the Navy during a ceremony on the " Godetia" ,Zeebrugge.His entire
family was in attendance.

I know.But here they are in their capacity as Prince and Princess of Belgium,as are their children,they are that first and foremost,and that prevails over non-reigning titles,always.
That's why I opened the thread here,they belong in the BeNeLux first and foremost.As they themselves acknowledge too
