Aleksei did not visit Austria, to my knowledge. The whole family (I mean Tsar, Tsarina and at least one of OTMAA) visited Germany, Sweden, Finland, England,Romania, today Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, maybe Moldowa, Tsar visited many other Asian and European countries in 1890's, Greece, Italy and France included, the whole Eastern front/countries in 1915. Tsar's children were learned German, Russian, English, French, aritmethics, history, geography, Church history...I bet that OT got some nurse courses. Each subject was taught by teachers such as Giliard, Petrov, Gibbes, Voeikov, even the Tsar, etc. By 1917, Olga and Tatiana finished their schooling. Please, I appeal to the others to add some more info/or merge these posts.

I edited my post, so you can see more info. Yes, Tsar and Tsarina also visited Austria, you are correct. For avatar, you should go on 'Profile' button at the top of page. Tsar spoke Russian to his children, and Empress English if I remember well. In captivity, they must have spoken Russian.
