Anastasia might of had crushed but no one knows for shore,she would of kept quite about it because she properly didnt want anyone to know  i do know for a fact that all the granduchess each had little crushed on dimitri once but anastasia would of kept that quite ,

yeah she was a tomboy but i think she would have crushes only she would kepy them a secret and if you are an tomboy dosnt mean you have no crushes on an early age

Who knows? She was much younger than the other girls so she didn't have much of a chance. When she was 16-17 she flirted along with Maria all the time.

I know what I'm speaking about..since I was one of these girls. Anastasia will always tease Maria for her crushes, so she would not allow people to know her own "sentimental affairs". 

And yes, people of 14 where children back then. My grandpa always uses to tell me that at the age of boys from nowadays are looking for girls, he was playing with his friends in the street. He know girls for sure, but they were his friends rather than her girlfriends...Times changes...

I dont think she was gay, she was just late, and during the time of war and stuff she had other things on her mind.
and she was only 17 when she died. and in that time it wasnt like now you have an boyfriend on the age of 13.
my brother also tought there was an possibility she was but i dont think so

i think i know just how anastasia felt i mean she wasnt the sort of person who would boost about her crushes shes the type who kept it to herself, properly a secret from her sisters and that. could you imagine how embarrsed she would of been of they found out.

I agree back then 14 year olds were still children unlike today where they act like they are 20.   How old was Olga in that photo of all the girls with dollies that Uncle Willy gave them.  What was she like 13 or 14. 

Back on topic I am sure that Anastasia had a crush on someone but of course she never spoke of it. LOL.
