According to the "1903 Ball Book",
Victor Sergeevich Kochubey died 4th December 1923 in Wiesbaden (Germany).
His wife Elena was -from 188 till marriage 1892 - a Maid of Honor. During World War 1 she headed one of the Ladie's Committees caring ofr the wounded soldiers.
In emigration lived in Germany , and then, after her husband's death, moved to France.
Died 23 January 1944 in Paris.

There is a Picture of the couple in exile in Clamart,Paris circa 1920.In one of Jacques Ferrands "Noblesse Russe" albums.
