Here is the latest information:
and there are no arms !

Genealogisches Handbuch des Adels 131,483
Torby
Orth. - Luxemb. Gfnstand als „v. Torby" ... 1891 (für Sophie Gfin V.Merenberg, seit 26.2.1891 morg. Gemahlin d. Gfstn Michael Michailowitsch v. Rußland , u. deren evtl. Deszendenz).
W. (1891): Nicht verliehen.

The exact day is missing

The only thing I could find is that Torby is a town in Finland. Merenberg was a title without a territory; perhaps Torby was as well?

And this:

According to Russian Wikipedia, Sophia Merengerg was made Countess Torby in 1892 by the Duke of Nassau. The title was invented by GD Mikhail Mikhailovich himself in memory of the village Tori in Georgia, which was part of GD Mikhail Nikolayevich's Borjomi estate.
