I know this thread is old, but I am unaware of any film footage of the young Anna. There's an interview with older Anna, cannot find link though, but you have probably seen it....

If you mean the episode of the 1970's show, In Search Of, yes I have seen it.

There are lots of those footages from the 1970's show and even some little ones from the 1960's, when she was still libing in the Black Forrest (Germany), but I'munaware of some kind of footage from the 1920's. I've reaf there were some of these too, but I'be never seen a single one..

I have never seen the whole  "film" before , only a bit.

Just wonder why noone ever recognised it was GD Maria on the photo they used as a comparision of the ears ?

I don't exactly know what to make of that couple. I don't see the "royalty" factor that made some so adamant that she wasn't Franziska.
