NepebeA...is the name of the Russian guy who talks about "German woman with Greek nose". That is talking about race and their attributes not necessarily facts. Like Prince Philip talk about Asian "slanty eyes"...
Physical appearance is the only fact-based, innate characteristic between "races", isn't it? "Races" which of course never are homogenous and thus a very difficult concept. No-one can deny that Greeks, Germans, Russians and Asians look different (and that many Germans look like a typical Greek etc.), but to imply that these differences have any significance beyond the visual, that is racism. People should be, and are, more sensitive with regard to culture than to physical appearance. Thus I may take offence at you misspelling my name in Cyrillic, i.e. Greco-Russian, letters, on a site devoted to
Russian heritage, in a thread about
Greek royals :-) It's like saying: All those funny Russian and Greek signs, they are not to be taken seriously.
Græcum est; non legitur, LOL.
