Question on Family Album

I have a question for the experts here :

There are 2 photos - No.1 & No.3 in Album 3 of the Beinecke collection at Yale. These are often called " Captivity Photos " - showing Tsarina in wheelchair & family in garden at AP.
Why are these photos in this album if the 6 albums were supposedly given to a "close friend" by the Tsarina before any 'captivity' or house arrest

Maybe I've missed something here ??
