The last and my favorite part. I was wrong, it was Olga who wrote "we have made photos on the balcony" 20 of may 1916. And the same day she wrote: "(In hospital) there was Iedigarov, and about 12 o'clock came Boris Ravtopulo and Mitia. Both with absolutely shaven heads. Awfully well to meet".
I'm sure here we see this day. I waited so long for seeing a bald Mitia))
Here Mitia Shakh-Bagov is rightmost near to Olga, Boris Ravtopulo who was enamoured with Tatiana is near to her, maybe the man in the center is Iedigarov.

Let's thank my friend who is working at GARF...

So...is this a GARF project to put lots of photos online? I don't see a watermark, which I'd think they'd generally use to protect their holdings, as other institutions do.

because your friend has not read the instructions in "New Users Read First Please" which require a separate private email to me, with the username registered, so I can know they are not spammers.  We are now getting some 400-500 spam registrations every single day and I have no other way to know who is for real and who wants to spam the forum with pornography links and generic viagra ads...

I want to remind everyone of the Forum Rules about posting photos.  IF YOU DO NOT OWN THE IMAGE you MUST get permission from the owner to post it here. The mere fact that an image is out there on the internet does NOT give anyone free reign to copy and post the image to our Forum.  The owner of the copyright of the image must give you their permission FIRST.

We have had some instances recently where this has occurred and serious questions about GARF having given their permission to post their photos here have been raised and we simply do not have the answer.

Now that we work closely with the State Museum Preserve Tsarskoye Selo this is not a small deal.  We must respect GARF's ownership and ensure their permission for the photos to be here.

I hope everyone understands and accepts these rules.  Two warnings will be given to violators. Third time is a suspension from the Forum
