cameras used by the russian imperial family and other royals

does anyone have any information on cameras used by the imperial family. also what was the process in which the photos are developed.

 for me its interesting to see the photos but I really find it interesting how the photos came to being

The cameras were Kodak.  In those days, you sent the camera back to the Kodak lab, who processed the film and made the prints, then sent the camera back with a new roll of film inside. There was a large Kodak store in St. Petersburg. Here is a circa 1909 Kodak Model 3A which was typical of the cameras the Imperial Family would have used:
