Could that be on a balcony in Livadia? Olga and Tatiana wore the same hats to a committee meeting in 1915. If they're from 1913, it's interesting that the hats were still in use two years later. They're pretty, so I'd be glad to see even more photos of them.

The man near Alexei is Count Vladimir Voeikov, author of the book 'The Tsar and Without Him'.

I think it is the 4 october 1913, for the feast of the escort regiment (Konvoy). I have many other pictures of that day, with same hats and clothes for the GD.

Choose "download" (Russian счакать), then you have to clic on "choose your program". Choose the windows program for picture, and it must work (it works with me!). If it works I will give you 5 others links. If not, I will try something else.
