С кадетами  братьями Макаровыми. Именно они заразили Его Высочество зимой 1917 года корью, когда были в очередной раз приглашены для игр с Наследником. К сожалению, никто тогда  не знал, что они были больны.

Interesting that there are other officers half in the picture. I don't read Cyrllics too well, so any clues who they were?

I'm guessing the one on the left is an ADC, but he could be a relatin.

Believe it is Sablin on the left, with a Grand Duchess' white sleeve cuff, and another Grand Duchess on the right with her walking stick. Cross reference with photo in Reply #392.

They are in the Little Pair's bedroom at the Alexander Palace.  I've only seen the picture of Anastasia taking a selfie in the photo at right - the two [new to me] photos at left make clear where she's taking the famous photo.  It appears that she and Maria took turns taking pictures of one another that day.  Perhaps there's a photo out there of Maria taking her own selfie in the same mirror.
