Not in color but the NHHC US Naval History and Heritage command has put it photo archives online see historynavy.mil:

As part of the Boris V Drapshil collection which he got from the library of the association of Russian Naval officers in America includes:

NH100134 Nicholas and Alexei on the Imperatritsa Maria 12/25 may 1916 the man with the white beard and khaki uniform right behind Alexei is naval minister Ivan K Grigorvich

NH100162 Nicholas and Alexei visiting the Sevastopol seaplane base on 13/26 May 1916. The seaplane to the left is a grigorvich and the funnel of the ship nearby is from the Seaplane carrier Imperator Nicholas I.

Ayla, as always, wonderful work. Particularly on the Edward/Walis one!
Thank you very much Ally!

Very Nice Ally!

Though the colorization might have something to do with it, I find it interesting how much older Ella looks her than her cousin Olga Nikolaevna. She seemed so much more grown up in photographs than most children of that age. Hard to believe she was only eight when she passed away. In this photo she looks a good 2+ years older than Olga even though the two of them were only actually separated by about eight months.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right...

Ally and Ayla - your colorings are splendid.
Ally: I absolutely adore the one of Maria and Dmitri. The blue color is to die for (I suddenly sound like a silly teenager) ;)
Ayla: Love the gold and the blue on the chair.

Here is a one of Alix. Sadly, I failed brutally so I will have to give it another try soon.

These are gorgeous, Ally.  You have a knack for bringing the black & white photos to life.  I love looking for details you bring out with color - details I've never really noticed while looking at the original photos.  For example, you've done an amazing job on the carved gilt frame and upholstery of the Tsar's chair in the group photo.  My eye lingered there for quite some time.
