I doubt if Nicholas II ever wrote about his mistress.  He loved Alix, and I imagine he had too much respect for her to do something like that.  Nicholas was a devoted family man, and it seems unlikely that he would want to advertise his premarital affair.

Well, Nicholas did present Alix with his diary before his marriage. She learned he had an affair with Mathilde there, and to his great relief she forgave him. If that is what answers the question.

I stand corrected ;)  I thought the question referred to writings available to the public, but I wasn't sure.

Dru, I am not sure either! :-D He definitely did not write about Mathilde publicly.

I believe he wrote much about his love life, and beautifully so, in his letters to Alexandra.  Of course, his correspondence was never meant to be read by anybody but her.
