Does anyone know the names of the carers of Alexei?

I was wondering if the names of the carers were ever released apart from Derevenko? Do we know where they came from? Could they have possibly been in the HIM personal convoy that would have also assisted in caring for him? Logically one person couldn't do it all the time, were there others in close proximity to Alexei?
