Russian document translation help

These and several others were kept by my grandmother.  She guarded these and the millions of rubles and stocks she kept these in her steamer trunk.

There is no one left in the family that reads russian, so I hope someone here can help.

I was told years ago by her that these were property title of the factorys and homes they owned in Barnual and elsewhere.

Both documents are notarial copies of purchase deeds, made in Barnaul in 1898 and 1914, respectively. But who bought what and from whom - has remained outside the scanned fragments.
