St. Petersburg Flood 1824 & 1924

The floods in St. Petersburg in 1824 and 1924 were catastrophic. Damages were extensive i.e. in the basement and 1st floor of the Winter Palace. I have read of other buildings such as Mariinsky Theatre but I am curious of the other palaces along both the Palace and Admiralty Embankments.
