« on: June 05, 2020, 05:50:31 PM »
A frind of mine pointed out a site in Russian that i was able to google translate somewhat containing brief bios of officers of the Russian imperial army 1900-1917. see: ria1914.info/index.pap

I have looked through some of them there are a lot of Romanovs not Grand Dukes or princes

The one on GD Dimtri p has him engaged to Olga N!?

It also contains some photos that some of us might like

In looking through this site there is a section military medical institutions which has sections on hospital trains of both the Russo-Japanese war and WW I.

It has a picture of the DEMF hospital train that I have seen before the caption has it taken in 1904 St Petersburg at the Nikolkesky station. It also has brief bios of officers who served on these trains. I would say this site is still a work in progress it has many gaps.
The book The File on the Tsar mentions more than a few officers but I could find to many of them here. They do have General Domontovich who was "involved in corruption on a vast scale." he dies of typhus in late 1919

some of the officers in the book The Race to save the Romanovs are mentioned I will post the info on them on the book section review.
