If only I had a spare £200, this album would be resting on my knees right now.

It looks fabulous.  I love it when publishing companies go the extra mile to produce a work that really is what I'd class as a 'collectors edition'.  Shame they command such high prices.

I followed the link Penny provided and I noticed, interestingly, that this album is part of a collection that is given to official foreign visitors to Russia, so I'm presuming dignitaries and prominent politicians.  Now, if only I could impersonate the Prime Minister, I could get myself a free copy.

We brought a dozen copies of the book from St Petersburg last September and sold them all...I can obtain more copies if anyone is interested – and it is a magnificent production by the way!

BTW, I want to make it clear that the American  distributor I had  the BIG problems with was definitely NOT Arturo's ERHJ !  For more on that sad story you can check the seperate thread on this book.
I always highly recommend Arturo's services. He does go "the extra" mile to get what you want.

Hi

I started another thread on this about two years ago (was it that long ago??), I had major problems with the purchase of the book which took literally months and months to arrive, after the credit card debit had gone through, and the publishers would not answer emails.  I would certainly always recommend using Art for purchases.  For a long time it appeared that we had been ripped off over the purchase of the book, which was not the case, but you cannot get through on the phone numbers quoted on the website if you are outside the US.  It's a must have book but buy it from Art.

Happy new year to you all.

Annette

I tried emailing the person at antiquariat or whatever website was given but none of them went through. I tried all 3 emails that I saw but nothing worked. Any suggestions?
