Hi Princess Susan,

yes, the baby in the photo is definitely Archduchess Adelheid. I am pretty sure, as the caption on the photo reads "Archduchess Zita and her daughter".... Zita only had one daughter when she was an Archduchess and that was Adelheid. Her two younger daughters (Charlotte and Elisabeth) were born when she was an (ex-) Empress.

Yes and i'm pretty sure the year is 1914 in case that she have other photos from that session...Like that one(which is my favourite and first photo of her i've ever saw):

Thanks Greenowl for confirmation! I assumed that, but wasn't sure with date of taken. Yes, she had other two daughters as an ex- Empress.
