Malinovaya Guest Room

I need the advise from everybody,
especially from Mr. Bob about the Malinovaya Gostinaya.
This room is the same with the Chapel room or not?
The point is that in one Court Journal recently I have read that the tea for the guests was served in the Malinovaya gostinaya.
