;D No, because it looks like most of us have a copy of our own. Like me  :P :-/ The book is awfull I know but for some reason I can't say goodbye to my books even if they are as bad as this one.

Oh I can ... I weed out my collection from time to time, and sell on Amazon or ebay.

I contacted Ellie (Alicky1872) about this and she still had this book last time we talked, which was on February 26th. I was interested in the book, but since she lives in England, shipping for it was too much for me. But you can try contacting her and see if she still has it - she very well may.

I have a fictional mystery/spy book called "The House of Special Purpose" by Christopher Hyde that I'd be happy to send off or trade.  :D

It is a paperback that I ordered from Amazon.com thinking it was the Sydney Gibbes book.  When I rec'd it however it was set in WWII and just has too much spy stuff in it for me. :-/

I was send a message by one of our members however saying that it was actually a very good read.  I really don't care for most fictionalized books - especially when they somewhat veer off the Romanov subject for any length of time - so it is up for grabs!   :D

Just message me and I'll send it to you! ;D

I'd be glad to swap. I have an extra copy of Dearest Child (the first set of QV/Vicky letters) since I got the titles confused.

I also have The Great Hohenzollern Scandal about Moretta's 2nd marriage but I'm still debating that one. If anyone's interested though I can speed up my thought process.  :)

I also think I have an extra copy of Giles St Aubyn's bio on Bertie.

OK, scrap that--books taken care of.  :)  I'll have to do some digging around the bookcase.  As I prepare to move it may be a good time to unload some books--though if it's a swap I guess I'm not really getting rid of anything am I?  :)

If  you have only one copy of this book - keep it ...despite the title - a good source of information.
