It's a little bit of a process, but once you know how to do it, it's very fast. I upload the original picture to a photo website (shutterfly.com), then I save it from there onto my hard drive which automatically compresses it. Then I upload to Imageshack as bitmap file. I found that this is the most effient way, although there may be a better way, I just don't know it... If you want to learn to do it and need help with it, Michelle, just PM me.
